Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation
TradeForexSoftware.com is an ongoing monthly membership. If you cancel, your subscription remains active for the remainder of the time period for which you paid, but your subscription will no longer auto-renew at the end of that time period. Examples:

When your credit card has been charged, your order is non-refundable, and your subscription automatically renews until you decide to cancel.

If your credit card becomes invalid for any reason and we are unable to process your card, then you run the risk of having your subscription canceled without notice.

Monthly membership

Subscription service prices subject to change without notice. A cancellation that is not more than 24 hours past the monthly billing date (including holidays and weekends) will receive a refund of the last monthly charge. Cancellation after 24 hours past the most recent monthly billing date (including holidays and weekends) will result in no subscription refund and the monthly plan will remain active until next billing date.

Refund Policy
Each signal publisher has its own trial period and refund policy. If you are unsure of the policy for your particular signal provider, be sure to ask.
